A lecture titled “How to Reduce the Oil Pollution and National Emission Responsibility”sponsored by the Xiamen University South China Sea Institute (XMU-SCSI) was held at Xiamen University School of Law on 23 September2013.It was attended by Prof. Kuen-chen Fu, dean of the Xiamen University South China Sea Institute, and over 20 teachers and students.
