Prof. ZHANG Kening has attended The International Conference

A International Conference on “The South China Sea: UNCLOS and State Practice” was held on October 24-25, 2013 in Haikou. Present at the conference were more than 80 think-tank scholars and government officials from over twenty countries, regions, including China, the United States, Australia, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore, Sweden, the UK, Italy and China Taiwan province, Hong Kong and some current and former judge of International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea, also participants in the conference.Prof. Zhang Kengning of the South China Sea Institute at Xiamen University was invited to attended the meeting.
