Prof.Kuen-chen Fu delivers a lecture in Wuhan University

Prof.Kuen-chen Fu, dean of the South China Sea Institute at Xiamen University, was invited to give the speech “Freedom of Navigation and the Non-Archipelagic States’ Archipelagic Waters” on 2 December in Chinese Boundary and Ocean Institute, Wuhan University. Lin Zhen, assistant professor at the South China Sea Institute, accompanied him for the lecture. The lecture was a huge success.
