Prof.Kuen-chen Fu Attended The Second International Workshop on Cooperation and Development in SCS

The Second International Workshop on Cooperation and Development in South China Sea was held in Beijing on July 19, 2013. Foreign representatives from the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, Singapore, and more than 60 domestic representatives from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, State Oceanic Administration, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Xiamen University, The University of Hong Kong, Taiwan University, Taiwan Ocean University, Tsinghua University, Wuhan University, Shanghai Ocean University etc, attended the seminar.

Kuen-chen Fu, the director of South China Sea Institute, Xiamen University was invited to the meeting and presided over one branch of the workshop.
