Prof. Kuen-chen Fu Gave a Lecture on Frontier Problems in International Law of the Sea

On the afternoon of March 9th, in the 419 meeting room of Xiamen University School of Law, Prof. Kuen-chen Fu gave a lecture entitledFrontier Problems in InternationalLaw of the Seato PhD candidates in international law. Prof. Li Guoan, a doctoral advisor, hosted this lecture and Prof. Chen Huiping attended it.

The lecture included:

1. The possibility of acceptance of the demarcation program submitted by Japan to the Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf

2. Demarcation disputes in the South China Sea

3. The basic law of the sea and whether China requires such law

4. The management of domestic coastal resources
