The International Training Workshop on Global Ocean Governance in the New Era, is organized by Xiamen University Center for Oceans Law and the China Seas and China Institute for Marine Affairs, Ministry of Natural Resources. This intensive one-week programme is held online through Zoom from Monday 13 to Friday 17 September 2021, and offers a unique and in-depth training series of lectures on the law of the sea and marine & maritime policy.

The target audience for this programme is primarily young professionals, policymakers and academics. Students who wish to broaden their knowl- edge of the law and policy on global ocean governance are also encour- aged to apply.
This programme will be conducted in English.

Applications are accepted on a rolling, first-come, first-served basis until August 30, 2021. Successful applicants will receive a confirmation letter by September 8.
Tuition fee
This programme is funded by the China Institute for Marine Affairs, Ministry of Natural Resources, and no tuition fee is required.
